Scope boundaries

When the supplied-model rate applies.

Accurate and editable

Dimensions and primary forms are accurate; the model opens and edits correctly; ceilings, fixed furniture and wall features are complete.

Ready for visualization

A supplied model should not require the main architectural structure to be rebuilt before visualization can begin.

Model preparation

Incomplete source files

Outline-only, damaged or dimensionally inaccurate models may require a $150–$350 preparation fee, confirmed before production.

“From” prices are starting points. Every project receives a confirmed scope, schedule and fixed quotation before production begins.

Revisions

Two revision rounds are included.

Round 01

Rendered preview

Review composition, materials, lighting, furniture and atmosphere within the approved camera direction.

Round 02

Final corrections

Confirm final details before the images are prepared for delivery.

Layout, ceiling, bespoke furniture or overall design-direction changes requested after grey-model approval are quoted as additional work.

4K JPG files are included. TIFF, layered files, alternate ratios and higher resolutions can be quoted when required.

NDA-protected and white-label collaboration is available. Project material is not published without agreement.

Scheduling

Rush delivery

Standard turnarounds are 2–3 business days for one image and 4–7 business days for a complete space. Rush work is subject to capacity.
