Process / How projects work

A simple process from source files to final images.

We confirm the scope and camera first. You then review a rendered preview before the final images are delivered.

01

Share

Send the brief, model or drawings, references, intended image use and target date.

02

Scope & quote

We review the source files and confirm deliverables, schedule, approval points and a fixed fee.

03

Grey-model approval

Layout, camera position and image-set logic are confirmed before detailed production.

04

Rendered preview

Review materials, lighting, furniture and atmosphere within the approved camera direction.

05

Final review & delivery

Final details are refined before approved images are supplied in the agreed formats.

An overnight head start

Work continues across time zones.

European and North American studios can share files and feedback near the end of their day. Aweviz can review and develop the work during Asia working hours.

Your next working dayFirst review or clear progress update

The time difference provides a production head start. Delivery timing still depends on scope, source files and the current project stage.

Approval point 01

Approve the grey model.

Confirm layout, composition and camera position before time is invested in materials, lighting and styling.

Revision round 01

Rendered preview next.

After camera approval, review materials, lighting, furniture and atmosphere in the first rendered preview.
